This 14x11 inch heavy stock card that has been authentically hand-signed by 42 United States astronauts who took part in the Apollo Program. This collection of signatures includes five of the seven Mercury astronauts, nine of the 12 Apollo moonwalkers and 5 complete Apollo mission crews.

Attached to the card is a 7.5 inch diameter Apollo embroidered patch, and below the card are 3 Apollo 30th Anniversary Manned Flight Awareness Medallions, Aluminim, Bronze and Silver
