This page is from the flown Apollo 17 Lunar Module Malfunctions Procedures Manual. It is the index page for the section that dealt with G&C (Guidence and Control) Displays. As it is the index page it is printed on heavy card stock unlike the inner pages which are made of much thinner paper.

The page has been archivally framed using acid free double mats, UV protective glazing, 2 AB emblem patches and a brass plaque.

The page originally came from the personal collection of Apollo 17 Commander, Gene Cernan and he has hand insribed the page as "Flown To The Lunar Surface on Apollo 17 - Gene Cernan Apollo 17 CDR"
