This page is from the flown Apollo 17 Lunar Module Malfunctions Procedures Manual. It is the index page for the section that dealt with the LRV (Lunar Roving Vehicle). As it is the index page it is printed on heavy card stock unlike the inner pages which are made of much thinner paper.
The page has been archivally framed alongside a hand signed 10x8 inch photo of Cernan in the LRV, using acid free double mats, UV protective glazing, 2 AB emblem 3" patches and a brass plaque.
The page originally came from the personal collection of Apollo 17 Commander, Gene Cernan and he has hand inscribed the page as "Flown To The Lunar Surface on Apollo 17 - Gene Cernan Apollo 17 CDR"
The page itself measures approx 8" x 10.5" and the overall framed size is 23" x 14"
