This Card is printed on very heavy cardstock, and measures 10.25 x 7.75 inches. And was intended to be used when Jim Lovell and Fred Haise were preparing to leave the Lunar Module sitting on the Lunar Surface at Fra Mauro, in order to perform their first EVA on the moon. However, the explosion of an oxygen tank in the command module, put an end to the lunar landing and alas this card serves as a reminder of what could have been.
The front side of the card details checks to perform on the PLSS (Portable Life Support System)
The rear side concerns steps needed to don the EVA suit and cabin depressurization.
This card is from the personal collection of Apollo 13 Commander, Jim Lovell, and he has signed and inscribed the card, "Lunar EVA Cards Flown On Apollo 13"
