Which reads in part:
"The TLI (Trans Lunar Injection Burn) went exactly as planned, and our next task was to release Columbia from the launch vehicle and turn around to dock with Lunar Module 'Eagle' berthed at the top of the S-IVB stage. We then pulled Eagle from the third stage. Next we performed this Evasive maneuver which was approximately a 3 second burn of Colombia's SPS or Service Propulsion System which moved Colombia and Eagle a safe distance away from the S-IVB stage."
The page measures 10.5 by 8 inches, and has been framed using archival materials, including UV protective glazing, 2 AB Emblem Patches and a brass plaque.
