This page measuring 6 x 8 inches flew to the Lunar Surface inside the Apollo 17 Lunar Module, Challenger in December 1972 and remained there for 3 days. It was part of the 150 page Apollo 17 LM Contingency Checklist.

A very similar page sold recently at auction for $14,616

This particular page deals with an earlier than planned jettison of the Lunar Module, side (6-21) goes through steps for Cabin Depressurization, Hatch Opening, and Switching to Command Module electrical systems. This side has been hand signed and inscribed by Apollo 17 Commander - Gene Cernan, "FLOWN TO THE LUNAR SURFACE - Gene Cernan"



Page 6-22 deals with switching suit umbilicals from LM to CM, confirming O2 flown to suits, connecting to CM communication system, closing LM hatch, Command Module repressurization, and Configuring LM for Jettison
