This page measuring 6 x 8 inches flew to the Lunar Surface inside the Apollo 17 Lunar Module, Challenger in December 1972 and remained there for 3 days. It was part of the 150 page Apollo 17 LM Contingency Checklist.

A very similar page sold recently at auction for $14,616

This particular page (1-1) deals with a 30-min activation of the Lunar Module in the case of a problem with the Command Module. It starts with Intravehicular Transfer (IVT) which means moving from the CM to the LM and gives the steps needed to activate various systems including, lights, oxygen, power, heat. This side has been hand signed and inscribed by Apollo 17 Commander - Gene Cernan, "This Page Spent 3 Historic Days Aboard Challenger On The Moon - Gene Cernan"

Framed using archival materials, UV acrylic glazing, with a 23x8 inch Moonpans Apollo 17 panoramic print of the Split Rock at Station 6, and two 4 inch AB Emblems Patches

Overall framed size 26x23 inch

The rear side - (not visible but a print of rear side is included) - Page 1-2 deals with activation of the EPS - (Electrical Power System) and the Primary Glycol/Sublimator Activation. (cooling)
