Attached to this 10x8 photo card is a piece of Apollo 14 Flown Beta Cloth measuring 1.5 inches wide and .5 inches high. The cloth came from an Apollo 14 Beta Cloth Patch that was flown to lunar orbit inside the Apollo 14 Command Module, Kittyhawk, which came from the personal collection of Edgar Mitchell. The original Beta Cloth patch can be seen below, hand signed and inscribed by Mitchell, "Flown to the moon on Apollo 14 - Edgar Mitchell"
