This approx 7x7 inch Apollo 17 beta cloth patch flew to the moon aboard the command module America on the Apollo 17 mission from December 7 - December 19, 1972. It came originally from the personal collection of Apollo 17 Commander, Gene Cernan who has also inscribed the Beta Cloth, "Flown Aboard America - Gene Cernan Apollo XVII - CDR"
The beta cloth has been framed using archival materials and UV resistant acrylic glazing, below a stunning 20x16 inch photo of the Apollo 17 Command Module, "America" in lunar orbit. Plus 4 inch AB Emblems NASA and Apollo program patches
Overall frame size 24x28 inch - Comes with Moonpans COA - Excellent Condition
