This 6x4 inch US Flag was flown to Lunar Orbit aboard the Apollo 15 Command Module, Endeavour. It came from the personal collection of Apollo 15 Lunar Module Pilot, Jim Irwin who has included a signed letter of authenticity.
The flag is attached to an 10x12 inch official NASA Flag Certificate which reads, "THIS FLAG WAS FLOWN ABOARD THE FIRST EXTENDED SCIENTIFIC EXPLORATION OF THE MOON" and was hand signed by the Apollo 15 Crew - Dave Scott - Al Worden - Jim Irwin.
Comes with Jim Irwin signed letter for the flag, Steve Zarelli LOA for the signatures and Moonpans Certificate Of Authenticity for the whole piece
