Section of Apollo 11 Camera Film used to Photograph the Historic First Moon Landing

This section of camera film, measuring approx 10mm x 8mm was used by Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin on the lunar surface during the historic first manned moon landing in July 1969.
The film is attached to an 8.5x11 inch card hand signed by Richard W Underwood who in his role as Supervisory Aerospace Technologist at Lyndon B Johnson Spacecraft Center was responsible for the handling of the exposed camera films from the Apollo missions after their return from the Moon.
The wording on the certificate reads as follows:
A SMALL PART OF HISTORY
The attached film was a part of the historic flight of Apollo 11. The following highlights review the important phases of its long journey. - 16th July 1969: Film was on board the Apollo 11 Command Module "Columbia" when it was launched from Kennedy Space Center, Florida. - 19 July 1969: Film went into orbit about the moon with Astronauts Neil A. Armstrong, Edwin E. Aldrin, Jr. and Michael Collins. - 20 July 1969: Film was placed on Lunar Module "Eagle" and accompanied Armstrong and Aldrin to surface of moon at Tranquility Base. 107 photographs were taken on this film roll while on the surface of the moon. - 21 July 1969: Film returned to "Columbia" with Armstrong and Aldrin. - 22 July 1969: Film began journey back to earth. - 24 July 1969: Film returned to earth on "Columbia".
