A magnificent framed presentation featuring a 20x16 photo of the damaged service module hand signed by Jim Lovell and Fred Haise in silver pen above a cardstock 2.75 x 4.25 photo of Jack Swigert in his white space suit, with the Apollo 13 mission information printed below, signed by Jack Swigert in black pen

Lovell has added his historic catchphrase "Houston, We've Had A Problem!"

Framed using archival materials along with two 4 inch AB emblem patches. Swigert comes with a one page TLS on personal "JLS" letterhead dated December 17, 1982 (just ten days before his untimely death), to Ken Vincent thanking him for his letter, enclosing this signed photo and closing with "May you one day see the earth from space." Signed: "Jack"

The Swigert also comes with a Steve Zarelli COA and there is also a Moonpans COA for the whole piece.
