Apollo 11 First Day Cover with First Man On The Moon Stamp, cancelled on July 20 1969 (Apollo 11 landing date) and September 9 1969 (First Man On The Moon Stamp release date). Hand signed by the flown crew of Apollo 13, Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert and Fred Haise.

Also signed by Gylnn Lunney - When the oxygen tank explosion crippled Apollo 13 on April 13, 1970, Glynn Lunney took over as Flight Director at shift change, inheriting the crisis at its most dangerous and chaotic moment. With no existing procedures to guide him, Lunney and his Black Team improvised in real time, overseeing the transfer of the crew from the damaged Command Module Odyssey to the Lunar Module Aquarius, which would serve as a lifeboat, and managing the careful power-down of Odyssey to preserve its batteries for reentry.

His team essentially wrote the survival procedures on the fly, balancing power, water, and oxygen consumption in a spacecraft designed for two men for two days, now sheltering three men for four. For this work, Lunney and the Mission Control teams received the Presidential Medal of Freedom, and his shift during the crisis's worst hours is regarded by NASA veterans as one of the finest examples of real-time problem-solving in the history of spaceflight.
