This original Apollo 13 Launch Pass measuring 4 x 2.5 inches has been affixed to a presentation sheet measuring 7.9 x 9.9 inches which is hand signed by Jim Lovell and Fred Haise .
The launch pass which is removable has the Apollo 13 emblem on one side and the welcome message from the director of the Kennedy Space Center, Kurt H Debus on the other,
"The National Aeronautics and Space Administration cordially welcomes you to the launch of Apollo 13.

This credential is issued to the bearer for his sole, exclusive, personal use, and is not transferable.
After launch, it may be kept as a souvenir of the mission.
