All of the pans at moonpans.com were assembled in Adobe Photoshop from up to 30 separate high res scans. Each one was painstakingly matched in contrast, brightness, orientation and position to the next, and then manually blended to form a seemless join.


This is what a raw pan looks like before brightness and contrast equalization, and our seemless blending technique!



The final pans are enormous files! Some as large as 30,000 pixels wide at 1200 dpi, which means they are able to print on a giant scale, such as the pan used at the 'SPACE: A Journey To Our Future' Exhibition below:
