These are the ultimate pens for space collectors, as each contains a small fragment that actually flew into space

Each set contains two high quality pens (one BallPoint and one FineLiner) with an encapsulated flown to the moon artifact in each. At the moment there are sets from Mercury Redstone 3 - The flight of Alan Shepard as the first American in Space, Apollo 11 - The first lunar landing and Apollo 13 - The mission that came back from the brink of disaster. Each set comes with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.



Apollo 11 Lunar Surface Film Fragment 2 Pen Set - $295



Two high quality pens (one BallPoint and one FineLiner) with an encapsulated flown to the moon artifact in each. This edition is limted strictly to 144 sets and each set comes with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

The source of the film fragments is a larger strip from the Lunar Module "Eagle" onboard 16mm camera used to for images taken through the LMP (Aldrin) window of the lunar module. It is possible that Neil Armstrong's first steps on the moon where recorded on that film reel ! (the strip originates from the beginning or the end of the real).

It was presented by Franklin Reinking of the Kodak company and John Holland, chief of the tech lab branch at MSC in Houston and also certified by both (image of the original certificate available to all buyers).

Apollo 11 Heatshield Fragment 2 Pen Set - $110



Two high quality pens (one BallPoint and one FineLiner) with an encapsulated flown to the moon artifact in each. This set contains small pieces of Apollo 11 Heatshield from the Command Module "Columbia" that carried the three astronauts Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin and Michael Collins to the moon.

Both pens include the flown heatshield fragment and come in an attractive gift box. This edition is limted strictly to 444 sets and each set comes with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

The source of the heatshield fragments is William Witte, NASA engineer for ablative heatshield technologies during the Apollo days.

Apollo 13 Flown Utility Light Cable Fragment 2 Pen Set - $135

This set contains small pieces of wire fragment from a utility light installed in the Lunar Module Aquarius flown around the moon in april 1970 onboard one of the most dramatic spaceflights in history.

Both pens include a flown wire fragment fragment and come in an attractive gift box.

This edition is limted strictly to 333 sets and each set comes with a numbered and signed certificate of authenticity.

The source of these wire fragments is a presentation of a flown utility light cord given to astronaut Paul Weitz by the crew for his work and help on Apollo 13.
