These three consecutive checklist pages (6 sides) were all flown to the Lunar Surface on Apollo 17, their purpose was as a reference for the Astronauts to configure the Lunar Module's Navigation and Guidance Systems
These particular pages are from the Red - Contingency section and deals with various Contingency Alignments of the LM, such as Rapid IMU Realign, AGS Rendezvous Align, AGS Star Align, and on page 3-5 along with some fantastic diagrams, Earth Cresent Align.
Gene Cernan has signed and inscribed page 3-1 as 'Flown To The Lunar Surface - Gene Cernan'.
Each page measures 8" x 5.5" and are stored in Acid Free sleeves which in turn are presented in a delux black binder with an embossed Apollo 17 Emblem.
