Apollo 17 Flown To The
Lunar Surface Checklist Page

This Lunar Module Contingency Page was
flown to Lunar Surface during the Apollo 17 mission to the Moon

This page from the Apollo 17 LM Contingency Checklist flew to the lunar surface where it stayed for 3 days inside the Lunar Module, Challenger.

It shows circuit breaker settings needed to activate the LM in the event of a problem, and came from the personal collection of Apollo 17 Commander, Gene Cernan who has also inscribed the page as "This Page Was With US For 3 Historic Days Aboard Challenger- Gene Cernan"

The page which measures 5.5" x 8" has been framed using archival materials below a 23x8 inch Moonpan Apollo 17 panorama of the landing site hand signed by Gene Cernan with "Apollo XVII" and "Taurus Littrow" added, plus a 4 inch AB Emblems patch and brass plaque which reads, "Apollo 17 Flown to Lunar Surface Page - This LM Contingency Checklist page spent 3 days on the Lunar Surface in the Apollo 17 Lunar Module, Challenger"
