This Apollo 12 Transposition and Docking Cue Card was used aboard the Apollo 12 Command Module after Trans Lunar Injection, when the CSM separated from the S-IVB, rotated 180 degress, then docked with the Lunar Module and extracted it from the Saturn IVB booster.

The Card measures 5.5 x 8 inches and has a large opening in the top center where the card could be fitted over an instument on the Command Module control panel to give Dick Gordon quick access to the card without having to take his eyes off the job. It also contains several pieces of Velcro to prevent it from floating away in zero gravity.

Several notations have been made on the card in-flight. On the front side, Dick Gordon has written the GET (Ground Elapsed Time) of the Separation from the S-IVB as 3hrs 18 min 04 sec. Dick also wrote TLC 1-4 at the bottom.

On the rear side Dick wrote a second GET of 4 hrs 26min and 18 sec, which was the time of the start of S-IVB evasive maneuver. Alan Bean then wrote in Black Marker pen, 58 240 39 which is an Attitude Adjustment of 58 degrees in roll, 240 pitch, and 39 degrees in yaw.

Very heavy stock card. Dick has signed and inscribed the card as "Flown to the Moon" and it also comes with a signed Dick Gordon COA
