This page from the Flown Apollo 12 Launch Operations Checklist displays a page where a series of items were checked off, in preparation for TLI (Trans Lunar Injection) where the crew would burn the CSM engine to leave Earth Orbit and head towards the Moon

The black tick marks were actually made by the Astronauts during the mission.

The page comes directly from the personal collection of Apollo 12 Command Module Pilot, Dick Gordon.

Dick has hand signed the page as "Flown On Apollo XII - Richard Gordon CMP"

The page measure 8x6 inches, and has been framed using archival materials including UV protective glazing, 2 AB emblem patches and a brass plaque. The overall framed size is approx 13" x 18"
