This Cue Card flew to Lunar orbit in the Apollo 10 Lunar Module, Snoopy in May 1969. It was used by the crew as a quick reference guide for the configuation of the LM's reaction control system in preparation for docking with the Command and Service Module.
The cue card pencil marks were made by Stafford to acknowledge what configuration the LM was in at rendezvous with the CSM after Snoopy had made it's separate flight to within 50,000 feet of the lunar surface and paving the way for the Apollo 11 lunar landing
The card is a rare and unique piece of memorabilia and comes form the personal collection of Apollo 10 Lunar Module Pilot, Gene Cernan
The cue card measures 3.75 inches x 1.5 inches
