This very large 5-fold schematic was flown to the Moon on Apollo 12 in Novemebr 1969 as part of the Apollo 12 CSM Systems Data Checklist. When folded measures 8x10 inches, but when opened out fully it measures 33x10 inches.
The scematic comes form the personal collection of Apollo 12 Command Module Pilot, Dick Gordon, who has also signed and inscribed the left hand side with, "Flown To The Moon on Apollo 12 - Richard Gordon CMP"
