This large 5-fold schematic entitled ,"3 C&W " was flown to the Moon on Apollo 12 in Novemeber 1969 as part of the Apollo 12 CSM Systems Data Checklist. When folded measures 8x10.5 inches, but when opened out fully it measures 32 x 10.5 inches.
It details the Apollo 12 CSM Caution and Warning Systems
The schematic comes from the personal collection of Apollo 12 Command Module Pilot, Dick Gordon, who has also signed and inscribed the left hand side with, "Flown To The Moon on Apollo 12 - Richard Gordon CMP"
