This page measuring 8x5 x 10.5 inches flew to the Lunar Surface inside the Apollo 17 Lunar Module, Challenger in December 1972 and remained there for 3 days. It was part of the Apollo 17 LM Malfunctions Checklist.
This particular page (2-2) is entitled PGNS (Primary Guidance, Navigation, Control System) Malfunction Index. This side has been hand signed and inscribed by Apollo 17 Commander - Gene Cernan, "Flown To The Valley Of Taurus-Littrow Gene Cernan Apollo XVII"
Framed using archival materials, UV acrylic glazing, with two 10x8 inch photos from Apollo 17 - Cernan inside the LM and the LM at Taurus Littrow (where this page stayed for 3 days), along with two 4 inch AB Emblems Patches and a brass plaque
