Celebrating Apollo XVII and the Golden Age of Space. Commissioned and hand signed by Gene Cernan in silver ink. The framed presentation is numbered 552 of 1,972 copies (The year of the Apollo 17 mission)
Featuring an exclusive, limited edition medallion and a “First Footprints” emblem, both minted with metal flown to the moon during the Apollo missions. Double matted with nine pins honoring the Mercury, Gemini and Apollo missions. Engraved plates impressively cut in the shape of a capsule, and a photo collage print of the Apollo 17 mission, signed in silver ink by moonwalker Gene Cernan.

Overall size is 24” x 20”. Very good condition, some small signs of usage to the frame.
