This 4 inch Embroidered Apollo 14 Patch was flown to Lunar Orbit aboard the Apollo 14 Command Module, Kittyhawk. The Embroidered Patch came from the personal collection of Lunar Module Pilot, Edgar Mitchell.

Mitchell signed and inscribed the rear side of the Patch itself: with "Flown" and "EDM". Also comes with Edgar Mitchell hand signed COA and a photo holding the patch
