This 5.5 x 5.5 inch Beta Cloth Patch flew onboard the historic first joint mission between two nations in space, the USA and the USSR.

The beta cloth has been archivally framed below a 20x16 photo showing an artist's impression of the joint mission taking place.

The beta cloth has been hand signed by all 5 ASTP crew members: From the USA - Tom Stafford, Vance Brand and Deke Slayton. From the USSR - Alexei Leonov and Valeri Kubasov.

The patch has also written at the bottom by Tom Stafford, "FLOWN ON ASTP, JULY 15-24,1975 T.P.S (Thomas Patten Stafford)

Also comes with a signed COA from Tom Stafford which reads, "This Apollo-Soyuz Beta cloth emblem was carried in space on the historic Apollo-Soyuz Test Project during July 15 - 24, 1975. It was placed in my personal preference kit (PPK) on board the Apollo command module. Beta cloth material was designed for fire protection and was used in our Apollo spacesuits."

Overall framed size approx 24x26 inches.
