This piece of the Moon fell to Earth as part of a larger Lunar Meteorite called NWA 11303. It was eventually discovered in North West Africa. The piece in this presentation weighs 3.56g and measures approx 1.2 inch across. The Meteorite has been certified by Geoff Notkin of the TV Show Meteorite Men.

We have housed the meteorite in a way that makes a stunning display case but which is open-able, allowing you to lift the front face and actually hold the Moon rock in your hand.

The background features an Apollo 17 Panorama at Station 5 close to Camelot Crater, with the following wording: "THE ROCK BELOW IS A GENUINE PIECE OF THE MOON - WHICH WAS BLASTED INTO SPACE WHEN A LARGE METEORITE STRUCK THE LUNAR SURFACE AND THE DEBRIS EVENTUALLY FELL TO EARTH AS PART OF LUNAR METEORITE NWA 11303 WHICH IS CLASSIFIED AS A LUNAR FELDSPATHIC BRECCIA"

The display case measures approx 15 x 12 inches, and has a hinged front window, with magnetic latches to hold it shut.

Has rings on rear for hanging on a wall, or can stand on a table.

Comes with Certificate of Authenticity card signed by Geoff Notkin
