Complete flown checklist carried on board the Shuttle Challenger mission STS-51-F from July 29 to August 6, 1985. The STS 51-F mission had a primary payload of the Spacelab 2 laboratory module. It also evaluated the first carbonated drinks dispenser in space and carried a helium cooled infrared telescope.

The checklist measures 5.5 x 8.25 and is bound together by two original metal rings, with 49 tabs along the right edges of the pages. A Total of 97 individual pages (194 sides) plus cover. The front is labeled “PDRS Ops Checklist STS-51-F,” is stamp dated October 2, 1985, and is signed on the cover in black felt tip by Gordon Fullerton and Story Musgrave. There are several highlighted lines inside the manual along with dozens of charts and diagrams. PDRS stands for Payload Deployment and Retrieval System and covers all the components used to carry and remove payloads from the shuttle cargo bay. In fine condition. Comes with RR Auction COA.
