A swatch of netting border material (approx 22mm x 30mm) flown on the Apollo 13 Lunar Module, Aquarius affixed to a 7 x 5 inch card from the crew of Apollo 13 thanking a NASA employee for a job well done. The card has been hand signed by all three members of the flown crew: Jim Lovell, Jack Swigert and Fred Haise. The card has been framed using archival methods below a photograph showing the crew making an improvised CO2 filter in which the actual netting material can clearly be seen in the top left. It's not often that an Apollo flown artifact can be seen in-situ during the mission in a photograph.

Overall framed size is 22 x 22 inches

- Fred Haise has stated that before jettisoning Aquarius, he was the one that personally saved this netting and brought it back to Earth
- The crew wanted a way to thank the countless people who helped them return with something on the flight, so the 3 members of the crew signed these artifact cards for distribution.
