This page measuring 6 x 8 inches flew to the Lunar Surface inside the Apollo 17 Lunar Module, Challenger in December 1972 and remained there for 3 days. It was part of the 150 page Apollo 17 LM Contingency Checklist.

This particular page deals with Phase III - Pre-Burn Prep

Side 2-15 shows settings needed to be entered into the LGC (LM Guidance Computer). This side has been hand signed and inscribed by Apollo 17 Commander - Gene Cernan, "Aboard During Our Lunar Stay - Gene Cernan"
